Cambridge test new diabetes treatment instrument accurately calculate insulin dose

World Science report () before the United Kingdom Media 6 reported that Cambridge University are testing a new diabetes monitoring, treatment instrument, use a computer and real-time monitoring diabetes blood sugar concentrations, simulation of pancreatic function, timely injection of insulin to patients, is expected to significantly reduce diabetes complications. The times says that this kind of treatment for patients with implanted subcutaneously probes, real-time monitoring of patient's blood glucose levels, and then use wireless devices to data passed on to the computer, the computer calculates the patients need insulin doses of supplements, then take advantage of the wireless device to the patient's insulin syringes issued instructions to patients in a timely and appropriate dose of insulin injection.

Treatment instrument key link is a computer program, this program is responsible for the accurate calculation of out patient required supplement insulin dose.
