United States, Tennessee and Vanderbilt University researchers found: laugh laughter is an indispensable calorie burner. Research has shown that heart laugh though not comparable to the gym or resist the temptation of ice cream as effective, but every 10 to 15 minutes of hearty laughter can burn off the equivalent of a medium chocolate released by calories. That means if you laugh at 10 to 15 minutes a year about two kilograms of weight reduction.
