Technology channels () report: almost everyone wants to own a healthy heart, but in China over the crowd, 62% have varying degrees of cardiovascular disease or risk factors, and 80% of them have yet to fully understand how to maintain heart health. This is the World Heart Federation "young at heart" global heart health survey recently released the latest report.
The "young at heart" of the investigation was initiated by the World Heart Federation and organization, Germany's Bayer corporate sponsorship. The world including China, Argentina, Canada, Germany, Korea, Mexico, Spain, the United States and eight countries of 2400 people participated in the survey. The purpose of this survey is to improve the global concern of cardiovascular diseases and preventative measures for the implementation of standards and encourage the global people take a healthy lifestyle, to keep the "young at heart".
The results show that the risk factors of cardiovascular disease is still insufficient knowledge. When asked "do you consider the following factors to maintain the ' young at heart ' importance", only 61% believe smoking is very important, 57% think proper motion is very important, but believes that a healthy diet, lose weight, avoid obesity is a very important number of less than 50%.
When asked "to keep the heart of the ' young ', are you willing to take the following precautions", only 1/2 respondents expressed a strong interest in quitting smoking, 1/3 to carefully adjust the diet, take a healthy diet; 1/4 respondents would very much like to adjust their own stress. 2/3 of respondents with age activities would be reduced to 1/3 have no time to exercise. Thus, even if aware of taking the importance of healthy lifestyles, people are usually cannot be implemented.
